Is there any way to go back to see my hand when choosing a card from my deck or discard pile?

For example, playing a card like Night Stretcher. After playing it the view changes to show cards in my discard pile for me to choose. Is there a way that I can see hand again after this? The reason I ask is because many times I have gotten mixed up about which Pokemon I need, and instead choose the wrong one.

For example, just now I had a Chikorita on the bench, a Bayleef in hand, while Forest of Vitality was in effect, and my discard pile had a Bayleef and Meganium in it. I played Night Stretcher and I get mixed up on if I have Meganium or Bayleef in my hand. I want to check my hand before I choose but it is not fully visible and nothing I did let me change the view to see it. So, I choose Bayleef, by mistake, thus my intended play of using Forest of Vitality to evolve Chikorita straight to Meganium in one turn is now ruined.

If it's not possible to view your hand, then consider this feedback suggesting that the feature be added. Looking at your hand while looking through the deck or discard pile while selecting a card to add to your hand is not against the rules when playing in person, so it should be possible in PTCGL.
