(9:38 pm Fri) My comment hadn't shown up yet when I typed this. Yes, I do like rp but have never played d&d so it would be a learning curve thing for me. Yes I would love to play with you all, unfortunately it's hard for me to comment with all the delays due to approval and it is hard for me to commit to a block of time on Saturdays due to rl issues. I'm more of a popping in and out of the forums type of thing. So, the short answer is, I wish I could, but alas I cannot, and I wish you all the best of luck on the journey! Is it okay if I watch via reading the posts so I can still learn?

On a phone or computer, just look up "D20" and it will give you dice to roll

If you're interested (it sounds like you are if it fits into your schedule) then I'll tag you in a post that you can make a character

    No problem!

Thanks for taking your time to consider

Maybe if your schedule lightens up you can do it in the future

Also, Lone Star has the same issue with approval

    We make it work, though

Sessions are Saturday at 18:00 UTC for ~2 hours. Approval process on the Forum can be a bit annoying but the Dungeon Master's wall is also available in the event you get snagged by approval(although approval can hit you on the Wall too so… yeah…). If you wanted to give it a go, you'd have to make a D&D Character Sheet with your D&D Class(Ex: Wizard), Pokemon Species(ex: Dratini), Pokemon Ability(get up to two), Pokemon Moves(you start with 4), D&D subclass(example is my subclass in Clockwork Soul Sorceress), Name and backstory for your character(who you are and how you came to be, etc.), roll ability scores for Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma(you roll 4D6(four x six sided die) and add up the highest three results that can yield anywhere from 3(lowest possible) to as high as 18(max). You assign scores based on your D&D Class since some stats are more important than others. Then you pick Skill proficiencies(D&D class can impact this), spells/Cantrips(if applicable), gear(ex: Swords, Bows, etc.) and other pertinent info(languages and other equipment like Dungeoneers Pack or w/e).

Dungeon Master can help you with all of it. You don't need real life dice as you can use an online Dice Calculator(which can help you do ability rolls really easily). Give it some thought and if you want to give it a try, feel free to get started on your character.
