Both. First use the fork to get all the pasta, then use the spoon to get all the cheese.
And what kinda cheese for me, Colby.

I wonder if @Thur55555555555 would have said something like "I ate it" or "I ate the whole thing with the bowl" and then move on to something like "I ate the pot too"....
