Probably not. I have the creative writing skill of a scarf with a skunk's butt(and yes that came from Zootopia… another one that I've seen far too many times…). If I was I'd have to find the right inspiration, find the lyrics(which shouldn't be too difficult) and then find a way to make it Pokémon related(that's the hard part). I mean the first thing that comes to mind is a Pokémon passing gas(hence let it go) but I don't quite think that's Rated G lol.
