If you don't lie in every sentence you say before saying that phrase, it's just a normal lie, due to the word "always" being a part of the statement.
If every sentence you have ever said before that was a lie, then it's the first truth you've ever said, which would mean you aren't always lying, which would make that phrase a lie, which would make it correct and therefore truth, and it loops.
But, if Pinocchio, out of nowhere, says "I am lying," (which would work like the second option instead of the first due to not including the word "always") would his nose grow or not?
