Not yet but im trying to but its not realy drawn its more like I take a picture of something and add stuff to it and move it around but I have to draw stuff like ulimate charzard of unlimeted chaos z

Digitally, lower the opacity of the layer it's on. If it's physical art, I don't know. Maybe you could reuse some plastic and cut it into a shape and sketch or paint on it.
