I'm Developing a Region Idea!

I know the Magikarp evolution
FISHKING!!!
Water/Dragon or Water/Fighting
Still not sure
Anyways, it's humanoid now
Red scales, intimidating glare, and the yellow fin that looks like a crown is a crown
It also has the crown designs on its wrists and ankles
Very muscular
Magikarp evolves at level 42, but luckily the old Magikarp are actually useful and won't be a wasted spot on your team
Gyarados's thing was Hyper Beam, but Fishking is a physical fighter, so its thing will be Giga Impact
Also, Fishking can G-Max
It gains Gyarados features, like having a tail that looks like the body of Gyarados, white spikes on its arms and back, and the horns on nose up the forehead
G-Max Ruling Wave (name under development)
Crashes down on enemies riding a giant wave, which it leaps off of and body slams one target
In other words, Surf followed by Body Slam
ALL HAIL THE FISH!!!

"Spike balls" = Mace maybe? or just the ball and chain.

I think they might be called nunchucks?

I know I'm incorporating the Fishking!
A cult!
This is Pokémon, though, so it's not a cult
It's a small group of people that wear dark red cloaks and worship a statue of Fishking
So how it starts is a bunch of Magikarp come from the nearby river and starts attacking the village
The brothers are busy so the king sends you
This is a test of strength, Magikarp being some of the most powerful Pokémon
He says to defeat them
However, if its evolution appears, run
It is way too powerful and fighting it is the same as asking to die
So you go battle the fish
They will be level 27-32 and you should be around 35
Once you defeat them, someone is like "Wow! Thanks so much! Let's tell the king!"
THUD!
You: What was that?
THUD
Person: I-I think it's...
THUD! ROOOOOOOOOOOOOAAR!!!
Person: FISHKIIIIIIIIIIIING!!!
Fishking: FIIIIIIIIIIIIIISH!!!
Yeah
You battle a Fishking
It is level 43, so above your level
That's the point to make it a challenge
You defeat it and the brothers come rushing in
They see the unconscious Fishking and are like "You defeated a Fishking? You must be one of Arceus's chosen ones to do something like that! Come! We must tell our father!"
Max Energy swirls around the Fishking and it G-Maxes
Now you battle that along side the brothers
Y'all win, yay!
Return the village
King is proud
Go to bed
Next morning
Chaos
People have been running around town attacking random people, shouting "ALL HAIL THE FISH!"
The king assigns you to take care of the "group"
You go and battle all that are in the streets
They only use Water types
After each win, you ask where the base of operations are, but they won't give you a straight answer
They give vague information that, when put together, lead to the place, where you will find a bunch of people around a statue of Fishking chanting "All hail the fish."
The leader approaches you, upset
They (gender has not been determined) claims that you are dooming their group
They say that Magikarp uprising and Fishking itself attacking were signs
Signs that they want the town destroyed
So now this group is doing it, believing the fish will spare them for doing what it wants
You defeat the leader's team of six Magikarp and the group just runs
You solved the problem
ALL HAIL THE FISH!!

I think that will be all the added Pokémon
I think (still unsure but trying really hard to make a decision) that Original Magikarp will be pure Water and Fishking will be Water/Fighting
That's hard, though, because I want a difference in typing for Magikarp
As for name of the region, I have a name but I don't know if I want to use it
Ever since I was ~8, I had an idea for a region name
Lacos
No clue where I got it from, but that was the name
Never actually made the region
Just the name
Does that sound Medieval to y'all?
I'm gonna use the name as a place holder
Last thing before I start this, I don't remember how a Max Move's damage is determined, so I do give them a damage value
So we have;
Starter trio: Treeko, Fennekin, and Poplio
Final evolutions: Lacosian Sceptile (Grass/Steel), Lacosian Delphox (Fire/Ghost), and Lacosian Primarina (Water/Dark)
Unique moves:
(Sceptile) Jungle's Shield. The leaves on its arm harden and spread out, creating a solid shield, protecting it from damage. It then throws the shield at the attacker with the same force of the blocked attack, the shield returning after combat. If there is no attack, then the shield doesn't get thrown. Steel type move. I'm not sure what type of attack it is. Damage equal to blocked damage.
(Delphox) Haunted Flames. Harnesses the powers of the dead, creating bright purple flames that confuse the target. It then launches these flames at them, a chance of burn. Ghost type move (but does Fire damage as well). Ranged attack (special). 90 damage. 100 accuracy.
(Primarina) Malicious Melody. It sings a beautiful melody, one that the target(s) will love. If it goes before the target(s), it will make the target(s) not attack (technologically flinch). It has a chance at any status, guaranteed, but no prediction of which will happen. The song then becomes a screech with enough power to rip the soul. Dark type move. Ranged attack (special). 110 damage. 90 accuracy.
Their G-Max moves (I don't have names for them yet. Sorry!):
(Sceptile) Throws the shield at the target. After your next attack, the shield will come back, hitting the target again. While the shield is gone, you can't use Max Guard. Steel move. 90 damage.
(Delphox) Summons multiple purple flames, which it launches at the opponent. The move has a chance at burn and does double damage if the target has a status condition. Ghost move. 120 damage.
(Primarina) Screeches at the top of its lungs, damaging all around it. If one that gets hit already had damage, the move does double damage to it. Dark move. 140 damage.
Still thinking of the hidden abilities, but normal is, as always, Overgrow, Blaze, and Torrent.
That's the starters.
Grimm: A basic Ghost type. Evolves using Dusk Stone.
Grimmorse: Evolution of Grimm. Stage 1 Ghost type. It has a unique move.
Last Slash: Grimmorse's unique move. Ghost type attack. If the target has less than half HP the damage is doubled. If the target has more than half HP then for five turns it will chip at the target's health. Physical attack. 70 damage.
Both of their abilities are Cursed Body.
Poiche (hate to say it, but name under development): The name is a combination of the terms poison and doctor in Old English. Poisoun and Laece (can't spell it on the computer. Pronounced lat-che) respectively. Any advice for this one's name is welcome! Anyways, Basic Psychic/Poison type that does not evolve. Has a unique move.
Healing Curse: Poiche's unique move. Poison type attack. The effect is completely random! Might poison the target, heal it, burn it, OHKO it, do barely any damage, confuse it, paralyze it, and everything else that could happen. No clue what will come from the attack. Like Metronome but is a set move.
Tinted Lens and Liquid Ooze is what I'm thinking for the ability options. It has big black eyes that resemble the plague doctor goggles, so "lens" work and Liquid Ooze because it carries around naturally made remedies, so trying to attack it might break one, causing the effect of it. Wait, but wouldn't Poison Point be better? Or should it get its own ability since the effects of the liquids are random?
So Poiche needs more work. I would love advice for it!
Lacosian Jynx: A Basic that does not evolve. Psychic/Fairy type. Has a unique ability. Often found with a crow Pokémon.
So the unique ability is a bit strange compared to actual Medieval Europe lore. However, I wanted to have fun with it. So the original idea is that witches are weak to fire (which has always been humorous to me because who isn't?) and, I don't know if in Medieval times, water. I've read/watched things that change that, though, saying that witches were actually immune to fire but let people believe that so that, when caught, they could fool people into thinking they are dead and continue to live. I like that. So the ability doesn't make it immune to Fire type attacks, but just weaken them. However, Water does double to give the ability a downside. The ability name is "Witch's Power."
Remember that crow I mentioned?
I don't have a name (and I hate that!) but it is Ghost/Flying. It has a unique ability, but only useful when Lacosian Jynx is in play with it (yes, there will be double battles! Working out how that will work, but I want it!). The crow is the souls that Lacosian Jynx has taken, now cursed into eternal servitude. So when they fight together, the crow grants Jynx some of its power. Crow loses some health, but all of Jynx's stats rise sharply.
Now to talk about something that goes with crows.
Scarecrows.
I decided it will be Grass/Ghost. Basic that doesn't evolve. I am literally taking an old term for scarecrows, but that's because I like the word. Blencher. If you can think of a better name, throw it out there! But this is what I'm liking right now! It has a unique Grass type move called "Sudden Movement." What it does is stands completely still, preparing for any attack. While still, it can't dodge. However, it halves any damage it takes. And, if the attack was Physical, hits the attacker, dealing damage double to the original damage of the tanked move. However, if the attack was a OHKO move, Blencher gets KOed. Blencher's ability is Sturdy, though, so you could take it once if that is the opponent's go-to move
Next on my list is the new Eeveelutions
Toxeon: The Poison type evolution. It's ability will either be Poison Touch or Corrosion. Way to evolve it is knock out 7 opposing Pokémon while Eevee is poisoned.
Drakeon: The Dragon type evolution. It has small wings but it isn't a Flying type. It does give it the moves Steel Wing, Air Cutter, Air Slash, and Duel Wingbeat, though. It's ability is Rough Skin (yup, a not very cuddly Eeveelution). Method of evolution is still under development.
Spookeon: The Ghost type evolution. Its ability is Cursed Body. To evolve, you level up the Eevee while it is fainted (so it will require candies).
Now, the Pikachus (this will be a lot)
So you have the Ghost type that isn't Pikachu (I'm sounding like Paldea!)
It is the spirit of the Pikachus that the Meowth "take care of"
It is Ghost/Electric and evolves, not into a Raichu rip-off, but more of a Pikachu looking evolution
The evolution is still Ghost/Electric
The spirit of Pikachu is Spookchu
Evolution is Hauntchu
The way to evolve it is to knock out paralyzed Pokémon five time
Hauntchu has a unique move called "Sudden Thunder"
Electric type move
I don't know if it does damage or not but it lowers the accuracy of all Pokémon around it and may cause confusion
Ability is Static
Now for the actually Lacosian Pikachus
All the Pikachus are still Electric types but they just have some different attacks
The Lacosian Raichus is where the differences are
We have an Electric/Ice, Electric/Fire, and Electric/Water
Unique moves are;
Ice: Frost Shock. 110 damage. 80 accuracy. Has a high chance of paralyzing and/or freezing the target.
Fire: Blazing Bolt. 110 damage. 80 accuracy. Has a high chance of paralyzing and/or freezing the target.
Water: Hydro Jolt. 110 damage. 80 accuracy. High chance of paralysis. But, if you hit the target with a Water attack on your last move, the damage is doubled. And if that was a physical Water move, the double is double (so quadruple).
All of them are ranged attacks and are Electric type moves but also do the damage of their type.
To evolve Lacosian Pikachu into Lacosian Raichu, I'm keeping the Stone tradition
Ice Stone, Fire Stone, and Water Stone (I'm sure you can tell which goes to which)
Next is Dragon
Yes, that's the name
There are three if this Pokémon
All of them Dragon/Flying, but their abilities and moves are what name them unique (as well as physical description)
Fiery Spirit: Adds Fire to the typing and every time it uses a Fire type attack it gets an increase in Attack and Speed
Cold Blood: Adds Ice to the typing. Every time the Pokémon uses an Ice type attack it gets an increase in Defense and Special Defense.
Slick Scales: Adds Water to the Pokémon's type. Every time it uses a Water type attack, it gets an increase in Speed and Special Attack.
The Fire cannot learn Water or Ice moves, the Ice cantt learn Fire or Water, and Water can't learn Fire or Ice.
There is a species of angels and demons
The angels are Fairy/Flying and demons are pure Dark
However, they have an evolution with a held item but they can un-evolve when the item is taken
It's like Zacian and Zamazenta but an actual evolution
An Angel given the Crown of Purity will become God, which is a Fairy/Fighting
A demon given the Crown of Shadows becomes the Devil and is Dark/Ghost
No unique attack but I want a unique ability
I just can't think of any
I can't think of names, either
Maybe God's ability could be "Power of the Pure" and all attacks it uses on Dark types are Super Effective (and already Super Effective do quadruple)
The Devil's ability could be "Power of the Dark Lord" and all of its Dark type moves do double (quadruple if super effective)
Never mind
I know their abilities
Lacosian Gardevoir
It is Fairy/Fighting now and will protect those it cares about no matter what
It's Attack and Defense are its best stats, but its Speed isn't that great
Torchain
Fire/Dark
It is based off a Medieval Torturer and has chains instead of hands
It is a Charcadet evolution
Method of evolution is still under development
Its attack is Blazing Chains
It wraps its chains around the target, dealing damage. This also ensures its next attack doesn't miss and works like a Fire Spin, dealing damage each turn. It also blocks the target from retreating
It is a Fire type physical move that does 75 damage and has a chance at burn
There is another Charcadet evolution
I don't know the name, but it's an archer
On one arm is a bow and on its back is a quiver filled with burning arrows
Its attack is Fire type and does 60 damage
It hits all opponents and has a chance at burn. The arrows also stay on the field. When the opponent switches out, it damages them and burns them.
Once again, method of evolution hasn't been decided
Abilities are Weak Armor with Hidden being Flash Fire
Lastly, the two main Legendaries, a King and Queen
The Queen is Dark/Fairy and manipulative and convinces others she's innocent and has them do her bidding, ditching them when she gets what she wants
The King is Fighting/Fairy and very strict, relentless in battle. However, it is gentle to those that are loyal to it
I don't have names yet
The abilities are the Queen lowers the Attack and Defense of enemies harshly and the King increases the Attack and Defense of of Allies drastically
They have unique attacks, but I don't know what yet
I think that's all I've got but I wanted it all in one comment

I forgot to include Fusion Strike Urshifu
Fighting/Psychic
It's unique attack is Psychic and a combination of the two other's attacks
First, it hits opponents 3-5 times, each one critical hits
Next turn, it charges energy, not attacking
Third turn it launches forward with one, might, critical blow
The G-Max is still under development
