Not really. In Pokémon GO most legendaries that you catch have 1 in 20 odds to be shiny. If you take your legendaries and divide it by your shiny legendaries it is freaky how close to 20 you get. (This is not perfect if you have traded or done raid day which have 1 in 10 odds or if many legendaries flee from you because of poor catching [one more thing like any statistic the more legendaries you have caught the more on point the number will be])
