Ok 6 squares/turn. Blaze can do up to 8 while Flame Charge can increase it by 1 for each use(max of 3 per long rest). Hence his max movement for one turn(via his Speed Boost ability) is 22 squares if he waits to use it after using Flame Charge three times. Not like it'll be necessary in this fight. The arena isn't that large and Fire against Water isn't advised.
Just curious but when it comes to D&D damage, is the following an equivalent with respect to Pokémon and the respective types?
Cold = IceLightning = Electric
Thunder/Sound = Normal, Ground or Flying?
Bludgeoning = Normal or Fighting?
Fire = Fire
Acid = Poison, Dark or Ghost?
Poison = Poison(obviously)
Radiant = Fairy?
Necrotic = Dark or Ghost?
Force = Normal, Rock or Steel?
Slashing = Normal or Flying(like Air Slash)?
Psychic = Psychic(obviously)
Piercing = er Flying or Normal?
I won't delve into Physical/Special moves since I don't think that really applies in D&D like it does in Pokémon. The reason I ask is because it'd be extremely helpful in knowing what "type" of damage it inflicts with respect to the Pokémon Type chart. So, if a spell or move deals 1D4 Cold Damage but the target is a Ground type, it might be vulnerable to it is what I'm getting at. So with the upcoming Boss fight, Froakie is a Water type. If I use Sorcerous Burst and make it Lightning Damage, not only will it deal 1D8 Damage(or more if I roll an eight) but it ought to be vulnerable to such damage and hence take additional damage from that type since Electric is Super Effective on Water. Does that make any sense or am I really bad at describing it?
Btw, this does not factor in an item or ability that would preclude it taking damage from that respective type. Like Dachsbun has an ability that makes it completely Fire proof so any Fire Attacks are purely a waste of time. Ditto an enemy that has an item that negates certain attacks.

Also my Jim’s magic missle can go up to twelve squares but I don’t think I will be able to attack in that website because I don’t have access to a computer.

I have a question
I have 40 feet of movement naturally
I can use Ki and get 10 more
Flame Charge gives me 5 more
And Speed Boost double it
Could I use Ki, get 50, use Flame Charge, get 55, then Speed Boost double it and have 110 feet of movement?
Also, let's say somehow that doesn't reach a specific target and they're only 10 feet away
I can follow up with Quick Attack, right?

omg you are just a dumb speed d3mon.

If you were an electric type I would call you McQueen.

yes on your next turn you can do that
though you can actually use your action instead of attacking as a dash action and double that so that would be 220 speed you can do on one turn (i think I've might have made it to broken forgetting to look at monk features)
