I don't want to be rude, though, but no
I honestly try to avoid special Pokémon since they have more strength
Every winner from this round will collide next round
I'm going to write 12 of them on a piece of paper and draw from a hat, choosing the pairings
Then, the remains 4 (which are the special Pokémon) will get their own hat to determine pairings
All will be 1v1, eventuality leading to a final battle to determine the strongest of the random Pokémon we've gotten throughout these brackets
Doing a 5v5 would throw the balance off, especially with them all being special Pokémon
The next round will be the last special Pokémon round, number 16 (the final battle) being two random Pokémon from the Surprise Me on the Official Website

ok, I think Zygarde wins the whole thing
If you use ZA format then 10% if so fast it is actually better then 50%
In SV format 50% has SO much Health but if you just what to use Mega & Complete Zygarde then 10% is better for less Health
But at 1/2 HP it gets a 75% heal and changes to its Complete Forme
And if it is holding a Zygardeite it can Mega Evolve and use 200 BP Nihil Lights form a 580 SP. Attack and with STAB
Oh and in the games code it has Nihil Lights SV stats and IT HITS THROUGH PROTECT!
There are only 3 ways I can see you beat this
A Fast & Strong Ice Type to use its 4X weakness
A Wobbofet to hit it with its own Nihil Light

Definitely Mega Rayquaza. It can learn Ice Beam and Blizzard.
