What Pokémon teams have you used for playthroughs?
Yesterday, I was thinking about how, with how many Pokémon there are, it's practically impossible for two people to have unintentionally used the same six species for a playthrough. I'm curious about the teams everyone has put together!
As for me (in chronological order):
In Sword, I beat the game with Abomasnow, Mamoswine, Cloyster, Avalugg, Walrein, and Lapras. That was my first Pokémon game, and for some reason I decided, right near the end, to have a monotype Ice team.
In my first playthrough of Scarlet, my final team was Pawmot, Spidops, Meowscarada, Garganacl, Mabosstiff, and Cetitan. The fact that all six are from Generation IX is a coincidence.
In Legends: Arceus, I ended up with Luxray, Staraptor, Samurott, Infernape, Golem, and Crobat. Pretty much all of them were Pokémon I got early-game, and all of them stuck.
In my second playthrough of Scarlet, my team was Quaquaval, Slaking, Baxcalibur, Luxray, Gallade, and Ursaring. This wasn't a fresh save, instead continuing off of a sibling's, but with new Pokémon. I caught them in my first save, and transferred them to this one, to level them up to match how far into the game my sibling was.
In Alpha Sapphire, I beat Steven with Sceptile, Ludicolo, Flygon, Altaria, Tropius, and Absol. I had looked through the Hoenn Pokédex beforehand, and picked out a team just based on vibes. It is once again a coincidence that they're all from the same generation.
In Legends: Z-A, which I actually just beat last night, my team is currently Feraligatr, Slowbro, Gardevoir, Talonflame, Ampharos, and Venusaur. Feraligatr is there because it's my starter, Talonflame and Ampharos have just stuck around since the beginning of the game, Gardevoir's there because I couldn't just not use the Mystery Gift Ralts, Slowbro's there because I wanted to use its Mega, and Venusaur's there for coverage.

Hisuian Zoroark, Hisuian Decidueye (my starter), Hisuian Samurott, Lucario, Garchomp, and Glaceon
Z-A I remember, too
Feraligatr (starter), Charizard (Mable), Greninja, Delphox, Chesnaught, and Gardevoir (Mystery Gift)
Now here is where I don't know
Sword
I know I had Cinderace (my starter), Corviknight, and in the end I used Eternataus
I've replayed that game so many times. Used different profiles, redid tournaments, switched things up constantly in the DLC, I've done so much that it's impossible for me to remember.
I barely played Shield. I beat it and left. I remember Inteleon (starter), Corviknight, and Eternataus. I tried using Golisapod but it ran away without doing damage and came back and was easily finished.
Shining Pearl
Haven't best Cynthia yet, but most of the game was Infernape, Starapter, Luxray, Garchomp, Lucario, and Floatzel. The last one I switched out for Palkia.
Brilliant Diamond
I didn't focus on progress on that one. I still need to beat Volkner. However, my team is Torterra, Stunktank, Absol (with Super Luck!), Lucario, and I kept changing my last two members so I don't know.
Let's Go Pikachu
Not a clue! I sent my Charmander to Professor Oak thinking it worked like the anime and I would be able to get it back later. I was devastated when I learned I couldn't do Charizard was not on my team. If I'm being honest, the only thing I remember using is Pikachu.

Alright, I think I can remember this. Quaquaval, Dachsbun, Kingambit, Hawlucha, Oricorio (with Psychic Terra), and the last one I can't remember. I didn't know Ceruledge existed at the time, so I know I didn't have it. If I knew that would have been my ace. WAIT!!! I remember! Flying Terra Cyclizar!
Scarlet
Give me until tonight and I can tell you this one. I haven't changed my team in it. I remember Meowscarada and Talonflame (I remember that one because I nicknamed it BURNIN'BABY). I also remember Dragonite because I rarely use Dragonite. Last one I can recall is Hawlucha. I'll get back to you on the other two.

I almost always pick my team out beforehand, then catch little else. However, with Z-A, I’m just going to let things unfold and see who sticks. I garuantee you it will have Absol and Raichu on it though
