Ranked Draft Games Crashing on Nintendo Switch

Almost every other Ranked Draft Game crashes in Unite on my Switch. Not only is that extremely annoying, but I am also getting penalized each time! This is ridiculous!!!

    H mod_bee I am having the same issues. What details do you want as the screenshot is merely "The software closed because an error occurred" with no identifiable error code.

    It's made the game unplayable for me and my wife. We lost over a hundred rank points in just a small frame. Casual is too filled with bots for us to even play that.

    They dont know how to resolve it, I lost 210 pts in 3 days because this bug, crash game during draft mode. I did everything that they advised me, and the problem goes on.

    @KirbyZarya I agree. No one should play ranked until this is resolved. It has to be server side.

    I reported this to support and got an automated response that they’re not going to return my fairplay points. The primary issue is the crash and rapidly losing rank points as a result. The fairplay points are just adding insult to injury.

    Where do we do that? had the lane choice icons flash constantly before crashing in ranked just now and that seems like useful info for a support ticket.

    It's become everyother game that crashes for my wife. She's on switch 1 and can't get back in. It's about the same amount for me but I can at least get back in within 40 seconds. We both have lost over 300 rank points in masters. It's frustrating that a game we support constantly with our time and money isn't even addressing that they know this an issue. The screenshot just says "The software was closed because an error occurred." I don't see what submitted that picture to support is going to help. Happens during draft every time. Right after the game goes to load in.
