Gengar is over done. I think Banette should be the one doing everything and a kind hearted Ceruledge helps a Clefable stop it.
At first the Clefable doesn't trust the Ceruledge since it's a Gh0st type and known to play d1rty to win. However, it then realizes this Ceruledge is good and truly wants to help. Clefable didn't trust it just because of stereotyping but once it looked past the exterior it found a good Pokémon.
Can give a good story and moral lesson!

Little tea-cup is sad cuz he can't play scares with humans lives in a mansion a ways from the road but hes just a little tea-cup other ghosties get together and go look in the woods behind the mansion and find some tree-children and one adult some psychic types hear the comotion and decide to join in with illusions and start drawing ppl from the roadthings get a little crazy and a strong psychic appears and helps save from the chaos then some of the ppl decide to take over the house and fix it up and live there and scare ppl every year but in a safely built scary house and they lived scarily ever after.
