Can we get Drain Punch back in Pokémon Legends Z-A

I hope we can get the TM for Drain Punch in Pokémon Legends Z-A. I've noticed that the move Drain Punch is completely absent in Pokémon Legends Z-A.

So the usual Drain Punch + Assault vest combo doesn't work in Pokémon Legends Z-A. I've did some research and the Pokémon that learn a drainage move don't need the assault vest, because their special defense is already high. Assault vest is my favorite battle item and it hurts that I can't find a Pokémon that will really like an assault vest as held item.

So please add Drain Punch to Pokémon Legends Z-A.
