If every Dragon type decides to battle, which Pokémon would come out on top?

I'm doing one with Legendaries and another without.

So with Legendaries I think Kyurem would win

It being Ice-type and can learn Blizzard immediately gives it the advantage, especially against four of the biggest powerhouses Rayquaza, Dragonite, Zygarde, and Garchomp

However, Mega Charizard X, Reshiram, Tatsugiri, and

Would only take effective, so maybe Kyurem wouldn't win but take out most of the competition

Looking at what we're left with, I think either X or Reshiram would win

While yes their Fire attacks do 1/4 if the damage it should, they only take effective from Water

Tatsugiri I don't think had the defense to handle any of the opposing three

Not without Dondonzo

I think Reshiram would win in the end

Between Mega Charizard X and it, Reshiram can learn Earth Power and Scorching Sands, which is now super effective on X

While X can learn Rock Slide and Dig, I just think Reshiram has it

Without Legendaries is a completely different story

Baxcaliburr would have the same effect as Kyurem but I think a Dragonite or Garchomp could get to it first

I see it as a Draco Meteor or Outrage from one of the two (especially if they're Mega) and it's out

Mega Charizard X would be a competitor, but Garchomp just has to Earthquake it and game over

I keep thinking Kommo-o could win, but Dragonite has easy advantage over it

Plus, Dragonite can learn Blizzard

I think Hydreigon has a chance, but honestly I'm not sure

I think my bet is on Dragonite
