Top Three Favorite and Least Favorite Characters

They've all had so many memorable character
Some you remember for good reasons
Others the opposite
Who are your top and bottom three Pokémon characters?
So my top three is hard
I can safely say number one is James of Team Rocket from the anime
Two is tough, but I think Peony from Sword and Shield DLC. He's so fun and I feel like he would be amazing to be around.
Three is practically impossible to choose!
So many people fighting for this spot
Cynthia, Leon, Volo, Drew, Harley, Kabu, Clemont, Brock, Cylan, Misty, Rika, May, and Naveen to name some
At the end, though, it comes down to two people
Piers, the Dark Gym Leader of Galar, and Larry, the Normal Gym Leader and Flying Elite Four from Paldea
I think third place goes to...
LARRY!!!
Bottom three I know for sure, though
I'm going to start with three
Iono and Canari tie right here
Iono is just flat out annoying
I don't know how long we have to spoiler Z-A stuff
I wouldn't have minded Canari if she acted the way she does on camera or her hologram
But when we meet her, she's an arrogant and immature child acting person
Can't stand her!
Two is another Z-A character
Right before least is Jacinthe
She is nothing more than a rich self-centered, arrogant, bratty rich girl!
She does nothing but be annoying!
Now in the last spot
My least favorite character
I HATE (and I don't say that about characters often) Kierran from the S/V DLC
That boy!
I didn't mind him when he was the kid that wanted a friend and liked Ogerpon
But when he got mad at me for keeping a secret I was FORCED TO KEEP (I planned on telling him) and then glaring at me and giving me an attitude is when I started disliking him
Then when he becomes champ, is rude to everyone, and thinks he's better then me made me forever hate him
Every dialog option I made sure was the arrogant response, never gentle
It felt SO GOOD defeating him!
I'll be honest, he's one of the best written characters in the series and I understand where he's coming from
I still don't like him!

Least: Corbeau (it feels like every single aspect of him was made specifically to be popular, and I still haven't completely forgiven him for the reason we're introduced to him in-game), Rose (worst written villain in all of Pokémon. Even Team Yell were better written antagonists), Ghetsis (Lusamine was written like a bad human mother. Someone you or someone you know could easily know in real life. A very awful person who's done horrible, horrible things, but the kind humans often do unintentionally. Ghetsis is pure evil written like a pure evil human).

I am not condoning Lusamine's actions by the way, she has done horrible things I won't forgive her for. What she's done is awful and anyone trying to say it was OK is wrong. I'm just saying she's written too human for me to truly hate as much as evil incarnate with no explanations or redeeming factors, the worst written twist I've ever seen in a Pokémon game (gen 10 might change that considering Z-A's obsession with surprising people), and a character who feels made purely to sell instead of tell a story.

Sometimes it's nice to have a villain that's truly just a villain
That's often true in life
Yes, I like having a character I can understand in some way, but it's fine to me when they are cruel just because
I didn't think you were saying you condoned it

Ghetsis is a well written character in my opinion, he's written to be hated and he achieves that. Corbeau and Rose I hate for how badly they're written, Ghetsis I hate because you're supposed to hate him. He doesn't have any kind of explanation of reason and that makes him easier to hate. He does his role well (though I do partially dislike him because I prefer characters to feel more human, my dislike of the way he's written comes nowhere near my hatred of Corbeau).
