There's the new expansion "Mega Evolution" & lots of those cards, especially Venusaur ex mega 380 base health 200+ damage to heal 30 health, are practically broken,

With the current standard format, I think there's enough checks for everything that I wouldn't say there's anything too crazy. Probably Dragapult ex or Munkidori if anything because they're arguably the biggest ones warping the format, but it's mostly with you can't easily play 60hp or less basics and need to be careful with the damage you throw around.

I've seen arguments for Gholdengo ex being OP, but I think it's because it just got buffed and it's popular at the moment. Budew's another one, but I think people have gotten better at dealing with it since it was released and playing decks that can easily take it out.

I have a few that I think are

    Dark Charizard ex

Reshiram ex and Zekrom ex from Black Bolt White Flare

Mage Venasaur ex from Mega Evolution

There's an Armarouge ex card that takes 80 less damage from attacks when at max health and does 40 damage for each fire energy on it

Teal Mask Ogerpon ex, especially now

Cinderace from Mega Evolutions isn't really overpowered damage wise, but puts three energies from your deck on your bench Pokémon, and being able to be put in the active spot immediately makes set up too easy

There's probably cards from the past I'm forgetting, but these are way too powerful in my opinion

Close, but not quite; Forest of Giant Plants worked on the first turn, and you were able to use it to evolve Grass Pokemon into non-Grass Pokemon, which created a broken combo with a Darkness Shiftry with an upon-evolution Ability that could be exploited with it.

    True

Works well with my favorite card, Ceruledge ex

Give Ceruledge a Sparkling Crystal, get rid of every energy in the deck with Gholdengo, and now Ceruledge ex is the best card

Ceruledge takes work to set up, but it is the most OP with assistance

Forest of Giant Plants is tame compared to Broken Time Space, why should grass Pokemon have all the fun? Though honestly Lass is probably the most broken card of all time.
