Recommendation: Bring back the "mute" option on opponents

The inclusion of avatar animations are cool for the average player, but it's insanely annoying when an opponent continuously spams the same reaction again and again and again. I just played a game where an opponent played the animation over 10 times during my turn. Sure, there's no real strategic advantage for a good player, but holy smokes it's insanely annoying.

There should be an option to 'mute' an opponent just like PTCGO used to. I don't care about the option to block or not, but please stop letting toxic players heckle your playerbase online.

This "mute" feature is really needed. The game bugs and slowness are already tiresome enough... moreover having to deal with those opponents that keep spamming the avatar provoking gestures just makes it totally annoying.

Since this would be an optional feature those who like to use the gestures could still do it.

If you could also make the avatar victory celebration skippable by tab/click (or just optional) even better.

IMHO all the avatar animations are toxic and should not be included, especially the game end animations and catch phrase. It's a bravado that we do not need to display, and if any of the designers/developers for this game actually played the TCG they would know that is not in the spirit of the game.

Also it feels like there aren't any options to use with the avatar that aren't sarcastic

+1, although the game breaking bugs should take priority.

Only emote I use in-game is the rage emote when I fail a flip for comic relief. The rest provide no value, unless you want to use them to be toxic and taunt your opponent and the children in game love doing that, apparently.

I only use the "confused" emote if the opponent is doing nothing, and usually that is indicative of a desync or disconnect.
