Bring back flairs for duplicates

As the title says, I think the old system where we traded duplicate cards for flairs should be brought back. I have some cards where I have 10+ duplicates and it's slightly annoying because I can't really do anything with them.
I think it'd be best if there were some way to trade duplicate for some benefit:
- trade duplicates for flairs + maybe at a reduced stardust rate (ex: 3 cards + 25 stardust or 75 stardust)
- trade duplicates for pack points
