Is there a way to restore missing data from Black & White and later?

I downloaded TCG Live today. I cannot import any of the decks I saved from TCG Online due to the missing cards. Many of my cards did not transfer from Sun & Moon, XY, or Black & White. I do not know whether all of my cards from Sword & Shield transferred. I saw that the migration FAQ stated that these four series should have transferred. I can't remember if I had any Scarlet & Violet cards in TCG Online. Code-redeemed deck boxes, sleeves, and coins transferred correctly, but their related Promo cards did not. Despite its age, I still have my favorite coin from the Recon deck from Call of Legends.

When I attempted to import the deck list for a purchased deck (Sun & Moon Forest Shadow), I received the below error message about missing cards. I received similar messages for Hidden Depths, Lightning Loop, Luminous Frost, Lunar Howl, Mental Might, Resilient Life, Swift Current, Torrential Canon, and Wave Slasher. I do not recognize the decks currently on my account, so I assume that they are complimentary. I remember the Blastoise: Blue Ice coin coming from one of these decks, and I have that coin.

I had uninstalled TCG Online to make room for the initial install of TCG Live, but I still have TCG Online installed on a different device. Did the uninstall of TCG Online before the TCG Live migration cause this problem? Is there a way to restore these cards and/or decks?

If you open the exported deck from TCG Online in a text document and delete any leading zeroes in the card number (e.g. change SHF 058 to SHF 58) it then import in TCG Live it should work.

To see all your cards (Sun & Moon, XY, or Black & White) go to the deck builder and in the filters choose Format: All, to see all rarities/sets of a card you have to select the card then a popup will show with all the rarities/sets.

Don't forget many cards rotated out of Standard you can only play those in Expanded.
