It’s basically Pokemon animal crossing, and animal crossing isn’t even that good.

Yet, despite all their efforts to make it big and interesting, TotK is still my least favorite installment of LoZ I have ever played, except Link to the Past. Because despite having three big open worlds, they forgot how to make half-decent dungeons and just threw a bunch of shrines as excuses, then instead of fun companions like Navi or Midna, we got the ability to glue things together and build cars that don’t even work. The sky islands are just filler with no explanation of why they exist. The Depths are just endless dark fields. The characters don’t act right. The plot ties are just nonsense. It might have a lot of content, but it has to be GOOD content. Loz is getting worse with the new installments. Immersive is when TwiPri made me cry (repeatedly). Immersion is when I scream at the dungeon puzzles then suddenly put it all together. Immersion is NOT fifty empty fields of blue moblins in my first ten minutes of exploration. (No one try to argue TotK is good to me right now unless you want ten pages of this)

I haven't played ToTK, I'm just pointing out that at least it has an excuse for the price.

@UnovanZorua there are some new stuff that might change your mind.
1 New Pikachu form which is white.
2 New Snorlax form which is covered in moss.

I still don't think it's worth 70 dollars. It's better than I expected, but it still looks like it's just ACNH, now more Minecraft-looking, with Pokémon.
