I already have a Pokemon comic just like that going. But I haven't put it on here yet. Its pretty manga-ish

- I think you pressed too hard with your pen. If you make a mistake when pressing hard with your pen, there's nothing you can do about it, but if you press lightly, it's easier to cover up or erase mistakes.
- Try sketching the drawing with a pencil before using pen. This lets you erase things and makes it easier to know where you should/shouldn't draw a line and makes it easier to know where to put them.
I can't think of anything specific other than those two things. I think more practice would be good. Try to mimic things, like trying to copy official art, 3D model poses, screenshots, pictures of real life scenery and living beings. If you do that enough, you'll pick up on the patterns and rules of how to draw those types of things.
I know practice is vague and sounds less useful than just learning the rules, but it is one of the best ways to get better.
