cuz its all [Edited by Mod_Champeon: Please keep language friendly for all audiences] , they ship alternate cards, claim sales final and customer cant argue.
amazon too, alert card shops to my guess is a 500 million dollar per pack expansion season total value of the cards contained within. which pokemon just has to produce a card pricing list and it will generate a market.
