Story quest missing in Pokemon Crimson Red DLC

hello,
my problem is pretty straight forward. After presenting the Alola-Pokemon the main storyline quests disappeared and i’ve been roaming around ever since completing missions in the hopes it will bring the quests back.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you talking about the Indigo Disk for SV? If so, it doesn't let you progress after that part until you finish (I think) the main story and the Teal Mask, as the story contains big spoiler references to the endings of both.
