Pokemon League Headquarters affects Lugia VStar

Hey guys,

just wanted to report this bug as I have just seen it a second time in a game.

Stadium in play was Pokemon League Headquarters which does: "Attacks used by each Basic Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) cost 1 Energy more."

This also seems to affect Lugia VStar and possibly even other "non-basic" Pokemon, so that even when it has 4 energy attached, it can't use its attack.

Definition I found and understand as correct for basic pokemon: "Basic Pokémon are Pokémon that have not evolved and can be played directly onto the Bench"

Somebody might look into this @developers :)

Just tested this and it seemed to work fine, are you sure Espathra ex wasn't in play? You can grab a game log at the end of battles now that'll help people identify if you're actually seeing a bug or not.

100% you were playing against Espartha ex. Remember to read cards and to save the (fantastic) log when you suspect a bug.
