I was fighting someone using a Hisuian Electrode V so it has Tantrum Blast this ATK does 100x for each special condition affecting this pokemon. It did 400 dmg with just poison and burn. unless i missed some card he played that gave it sleep confusion or paralyzed, how did he do 400 dmg on an ATK thats cost is free?
