Arceus because it's god (in the Pokémon world). I don't know why but I find the concept intriguing.
And also because the whole controversy around its name is funny.
(Its name is canonically said "Ar-coos" btw, they totally definitely really absolutely undeniably doubtlessly unequivocally said it in real official trailers for both the movies and games before trust me)
