Booster pack code cards not redeeming

I keep scanning new code cards from booster packs an going to TCG live to redeem my cards and then I never get the cards. I looked it up and all it says is that the cards will be automatically added but I have nothing new. My inbox is empty. I scanned the codes in with my camera and clicked redeem codes like always. Still nothing. I have lost maybe 10-15 codes this way in less than a month. Please help.
