Stuck drawing opening hand

I'm currently experiencing issues where I get to the stage where I'm drawing my opening hand but it gets stuck and never draws. Game timer still is going on because I get the countdown like I'm taking too long. I'm still able to concede but once I do I get stuck on a grey screen.
