Can't play on PC. "Attention Trainers!" notice loop of death for the last 12 hours.

Literally the title. I play on PC and for the last half a day I haven't been able to start the game. I got the "Attention Trainers!" notice at 6/41, clicked OK, and at 8/41 it reset and the loop starts all over again. Please help T-T
