Is making multiple attacks cheating or bug abuse?

I'm new to the game and I have encountered at least one bug every few games. In the last game I had, the opponent was playing a Charizard EX deck and was able to attack 3 times in a single turn before I conceded. There were also multiple visual bugs (face down cards).

Other games: I was sometimes unable to select the first card off search effects such as Battle VIP Pass Comfey's Flower Selecting or Giratina's Abyss Seeking.

    Unfortunately, Live is buggy. Not being able to select cards seems to occur randomly.

    I don't believe that there is any way that Charizard ex should be able to attack multiple times in a single turn. I have not heard about this bug before though. Unfortunately without a game log, it is difficult to figure out what happened.

    The attacking multiple times bug is definitely a bug and is a new issue. I am not sure exactly the cause, but it may be due to lag, but still may also just be some major bug.
