UI Bug: Ranked Interface

There are two bugs with the ranked interface on Windows:
First one is in the main menu, the ranked progress bar will sometimes show the distance gained from the beginning of the current rank, which is what I assume is intended. It will instead sometimes show the total progress from the beginning of the ladder to your next rank, which will always show it as almost complete, even if I'm not close.
The second is that the "Highest ladder rank" does not always show in the ladder interface. It happened to disappear this morning when I dropped rank, so that could have had something to do with it.
