Bug: Techno Rader couldn't pick two Iron Valiant ex

As the title states, I used Techno Rader. Two Iron Valiant ex were available, the illustration art version, and the full art version (non Gold). It was impossible to pick the full art version and had to settle for some other pokemon. I don't see a reason why I couldn't pick two Iron Valiant ex.
