Hand Disruption— How To PREVENT?

Hand disruption is an important aspect of the game (Iono, Judge etc), but—
Q: Are there ways to prevent your opponent from disrupting YOUR hand?
Sometimes you’re forced to wait a turn with an accidentally clutch hand and of course you get iono’d (every time lol). If anyone knows a card with an ability that prevents opponent from playing a supporter (or something) lemme know!

It's an E block card so it'll rotate between march and April i think.
