I just realize.
That Xerneas and Yveltal are the only mascot legendaries who are not transferable in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Also the Fairy Gem is not obtainable in any Pokémon games, and to this day I have no idea why.

There were plans to implement all 18 Gems (including the Fairy Gem) in X and Y, but in the end, only the Normal Gem was implemented.

Also, about the Kalos connection to Paldea:
Initially, I thought that the big return of all the Kalos Pokemon that missed out on SwSh (except Furfrou, for some reason) would mean that Paldea would have a substantial tie-in to Kalos that would be widely explored.
But then, the Kalos legendaries were debunked and I still don't know why they were the only box legendaries to be denied availability in SV. As a result, my theories about Paldea's Kalosian connection eventually turned into red herrings, much to my chagrin.

Maybe it's for the totally real Kalos remakes/DLC they're definitely going to announce on Pokémon day (I know Kalos is the only region without extra content or versions but it's kinda weird thinking about all the Kalos DLC theories now).
Anyway maybe they'll have 5 star raids like Dialga/Palkia had.
