Anyone figure out how to fix the dreaded 10099 error?

I've finally gotten this error after hearing so much about it and now I can't fix it... I've gone through the various ways people have fixed it but nothing has worked for me so far.

I've uninstalled and re-installed...

I've logged into club.pokemon and denied access to the app and then re-loaded the appcand re-given access to it

I have seen the one where you install as admin and change the location of the installation folder, but I am on mac and don't know how to do that...

I have also seen the one where you change the time zone.


What else can I do???
