Unnecessary adjustments on Lapras and Gardevoir

Due to the leak about Lapras and Gardevoir adjustments in upcoming patch, I quite disagree with them.

As we see the current picks and win rates, both were at middle of the table. In fact, most of the pokemons are viable to play competitively.

In recent tournaments, Lapras wasn't picked and had significant impact to the game anymore. On the other hand, Gardevoir had somewhat impacts to the games due to her unite move.

I believe that this update will kill Lapras and overtune Gardevoir to broken stage.
