Login issue

Haven't been able to log in on my Galaxy Tab s6 lite for months now. When I type in my info and hit the log in button, it grays out the button and freezes on the login screen. You can click other buttons, but then it gives a "log-in session expired" error. I've looked around online and found a few other Galaxy users having this issue, and nobody has found a solution as far as I can tell. I'd really just like to play the game again. Help?
