Milotic ability Dew guard

Currently the ability block the effect of Iono for both players. Is it a bug? Shouldn't it be only for the player with Milotic?

If you read Iono, it says that in order to draw at least one of the players has to put cards at the bottom of their deck. This means that, if Iono is the only card in your hand:

    • You can't play it at all if your opponent doesn't have any cards in hand
    • It won't draw for either player if the opponent's hand is protected.

According to the Iono text, it should block only the drawing part. But in the game Milotic also blocks the shuffling part. Going by the RAW, Iono should at least shuffle your hand into deck.

@Shangzilla Iono doesn't shuffle your hand into your deck, it shuffles your hand and puts it on the bottom of your deck. So if your opponent had no cards in hand it wouldn't do anything.

... Huh? It protects from all effects on the hand. What are you talking about?

Why are so many people here trying to get rules changed for their benefit?
