IOS Code redemption not triggering when opening game

Hello,
I entered a redeem code for a recent box set and usually when you log into the game it triggers the redemption animation and you can see the packs to open but it didn’t work but the alt cards are in my inventory.
- Is there a way to see what cards I got in the packs
- is there a better way to do this on IOS
- Can I open a ticket with them
