Giratina V and Venusaur Ex don't show up in cards on Live, not owned or not unowned

I only realised this after I pulled them from code->boosters today...

probably more cards too, these are just the two i was really excited about playing that don't show up in cards at all for me, not owned but not even unowned...

Anybody else has this issue...

Is this just for me, do I need to contact support directly...
