Radiant greninja - moonlicht shuriken
When knocking a pokemon out with moonlight shuriken on the bench or active pokemon with the first damage counter you place it immediately stops without letting you place the second counter to the prize card stage thus only being able to place one. or it lets you place 2 but doesn't apply the damage of the second. overall just always bugged if you knock pokemon out with the first counter.
Ive had this happen in multiple games, while knocking out pokemon from bench or the active pokemon. Esp if its a ex

Must make sure you read all abilities of pokemon on your opponents bench, they may be immune to damage counters being placed on them the way greninja does , it's happen to me and it's always because a pokemon had an ability that blocks bench pokemon from being harmed
