Retreating with reversal energy

I keep trying to retreat with reversal energy active, but it won’t let me select any energy to retreat with. This wouldn’t be a problem if I could stop retreating, but I stay stuck there until I time out.

I’ve lost too many games because of this and it’s super annoying. Is there any fix?

I am facing the exact same problem with reversal energy. I have also lost matches thanks to this. I am playing on Android
