Game Breaking Stall Strategy

I have encountered several players whom once it has become obvious that they will lose the match decide to let the gane time run down to zero. Because of this I have been stuck in matches for 24 minutes of absolute no game play. This becomes much worst when you factor in the fact that once the game clock reaches 00:00... the Game doesnt finish! Hence causing a huge stalemate forcing the other player to leave.

How do I go about reporting this issue and when can we expect a fix? Surely adding a 3-5 minute turn timer should solve this issue.

It's a connection/desync issue, not a timer issue. It usually means you briefly DC'd. There's already a 45 second action timer, so if no action happens in that time you can consider that a loss
