What Pokemon have altered shiny odds?

I hear some Pokemon are "permaboosted", so their odds are 1/60. I know Absol and Onix have those odds, but do any other Pokemon have them?

Also, do Shadow Pokemon from raids have altered odds as well? Because I caught a shiny shadow Beldum on my first day of playing, quite literally 1 hour after downloading the app, from my first raid. I need answers.

    All Alolan/Galarian regionals, all baby Pokémon, and those that have Mega Evolutions in the game (so things like Charizard, Altaria, Pinsir, etc.) all have boosted 1/64 shiny odds. Some others I can think of off the top of my head are Skarmory and Scyther.

    I'm unsure about Pokémon caught from Shadow Raids, though, as I don't care enough to grind those. I've maybe done three since they've been added to the game.
