Unable to update on PC?

I've been trying to update the game for about a month now. It gives me the regular update pop up but when it does and i click it it just redirects me to the site where you get to download the game initially, so i figured i'd try to delete it and reinstall again, but the same thing keeps happening. It's as if the update download wasn't even possible. Weirdly, everything works fine on my phone. Has anyone ever experienced this?
