Code Card Redemptions across multiple platforms

For the longest time I would redeem code cards in this order:

  1. Scan codes using the TCG live app on my phone and my phone camera.
  2. Close the app on my phone, then open TCG Live on desktop PC version and open the redeemed packs.
  3. Play the game on desktop.

only bc I dont have a camera for my pc and dont want to type in the codes if I dont have to. But recently this has not been working. I would redeem on my phone using the app, and then when I go to open the desktop version it doesnt allow me to open new packs. but the codes remain redeemed and I cant tell which cards the game gave me.


has anyone else experienced this issue?
