I downloaded and installed the desktop version. Stuck at 6/41

Hi, I'm a new player from Indonesia. I downloaded and installed the desktop installer, then started up the game. It loaded up briefly until Collecting Assets 6/41 (with a pop up window saying there will be a maintenance period coming soon), then the screen changed to Language choosing, I chose English, screen went white of about 10 seconds, and it looped back to the Collecting Assets page.
I tried using VPN, installing and reinstalling, none had worked. Please help. Thanks.
