Charizard Ex TCG Live

Hi I need clarification on a card, so we have the Charizard EX from obsidian flame with the attack burning darkness that does 180+ (gains 30 additional damage for every project card your opponent has taken). Now in the app when you use its attack and my opponent hasn't taken any proze cards its doing 360. Now I may not know yhe ruling for it but the card says "opponent has taken" and yet it still has that boost. Is this a tcg live coding error or am I crazy and it's perfectly legal?

    Sounds like you were hit for weakness. Remember that this Charizard is a Darkness-type. What were you playing?
