Does Hisuian Electrode V's Tantrum Blast not do weakness damage?

I was playing a deck with hisuian electrode v and i was against charizard ex that is weak to grass pokemon. well when i used his first attack tantrum blast with 2 conditions on it the attack only did 200 damage instead of 400 for weakness. So was wondering if the attack doesnt do weakness or if this is a bug?

    This would be a bug, unless there were some condition in play that explicitly eliminated the weakness. The only attacks that don't hit fr Weakness are the ones that explicitly say they don't.

    Are you sure you were playing against the Tera one? Also, which two conditions did you have?

    I've experienced this bug as well, multiple times, using multiple type matchings. It seems most common where weakness isn't calculated against fire and darkness types. This is extremely frustrating.
